Christine is Principal & Head of Research at Post*Shift and in charge for delivering analysis, tools, and models to help firms adopt new ways of working. Christine joined Post*Shift from Forrester Research. There, she led the turnaround of its executive communities, which deliver peer insights to 1,500 business and IT executives globally. Christine also launched the firm’s practice on Digital Marketing, growing it into a multi-million dollar business. Over two decades, she has worked with clients including Barclaycard, The Coca-Cola Company, IBM, Nestlé, Novartis, and Procter & Gamble. Her understanding of both the analyst industry and digital disruption qualify her to build a new kind of insights company tackling the organisational and people side of technological change.
